------------------------------------
   Daily Schedule Reconstruction:
------------------------------------

- I do not wake up very early.

- I do spend almost all my waking hours writing. However, I do still spend a total of around one hour outside my room, I assume. But this naturally varies, and I have yet to measure this exactly.[1]

- I do research, edit, and think, if that is even worth mentioning.

- I did arrange my life to protect these hours religiously.

------------------------------------
    Physical Setup:
------------------------------------

- I do have a dedicated writing space in the apartment, my room.

- I do not use multiple monitors to handle research while writing. But I do have a relatively large screen, specifically an ASUS TUF VG249Q1A, which is 54.1 x 17.4 x 39.3 cm in size. This means that this is not something you bring to a cafe.

- I do have a straightforward ergonomic chair with a cushion seat, but it lacks arm rests, if that is preferred.

- I do not have a standing desk.

- I do not have wrist supports, and I do not follow a standard proper keyboard positioning to prevent RSI. It is not that I have not experienced wrist fatigue in the past, but it has never been significant enough to pose an issue, being incredibly rare.

------------------------------------
    Physical/Health Implications:
------------------------------------

- I have not necessarily developed specific routines for eye strain management.

- I do have calluses on typing fingers, though the visible ones are due to years of playing guitar and some thanks to having engaged in bodybuilding at the gym for a total of four months in the last 5 years.

- I do engage in stretching breaks, but I do not find myself requiring regular stretching breaks necessarily throughout the day. I just naturally walk around and outside my room as a result of other reasons such as hunger and thirst.

- I did not arrange a specific diet to maintain energy levels. But I am mindful about what I eat. This does not mean that I am strict or meticulous. I am just aware.

- I do not have a coffee or tea station within reach, nor do I drink coffee regularly. Instead, I drink per milk with some unblended cocoa. They have no added sugar, and the milk carton I prefer has around 16 to 20 grams of sugar per liter, or 4 to 5 grams per 250 ml serving, based on the nutrition facts.

------------------------------------
    Social/Family Dynamic:
------------------------------------

- My family is indeed extraordinarily accommodating of this schedule.

- I do not necessarily have strict boundaries about interruptions during writing time, but there is an unspoken internalized agreement of privacy and autonomy.

- I have not negotiated specific quiet hours with apartment neighbors, because they are practically silent.

- I do have limited social life outside family due to time constraints.

------------------------------------
    Signs in Living Space:
------------------------------------

- I do not have a physical calendar or tracking system marking the 263 days. But I do use a link to calculate the days for me.

- I do not have multiple notepads or digital organization systems, because while I do have innumerable folders and projects that are made and finished on the same day, I spend most of my time in a single text file approach. This means that I do not use Obsidian, Anytype, Notion, Capacities, and such, even if I am aware and have persistently tested, experimented with, and tried them. Instead, I use Visual Studio Code.

- I do not have reminder notes about posture.

- I almost always have a cup of water and a cup of milk and cocoa on the desk.

- I do have a window nearby for natural light to maintain circadian rhythm.

[1]: I could achieve this measurement by coding something that checks the duration that I am actively writing on the keyboard, possibly with a maximum of 10 seconds before I am considered "Not Typing". This way, I can subtract from 16 hours and know how long I spend writing and how long I spend not writing, in which I am either watching a video or going outside my room. If I want to discriminate between these two, I would have to have a stopwatch that counts how long I spend at the computer, which pauses every time that I go outside until I return to the desk. This stopwatched can then be calculated by the time that I spend not writing to know how long I spend not writing at the computer (e.g., watching videos or playing guitar) and how long I spend outside my room.
